The importance of humility
Humility is an attitude that is not arrogant, does not judge himself too high and an attitude of looking at every human being has strengths and weaknesses of each.
Humility has the power to deliver a better person from day to day. From the results of research conducted by the Gay Hendrick, Ph.D. and Kate Ludeman, PhD, of the 800 companies that their managers handled for 25 years, one conclusion is that leaders who successfully led the company or organization to the peak of success is usually the person who has integrity , able to accept criticism, humble, and knows him well. Successful leaders have the intelligence proved spritural much higher than the average human. Instead they are humble people.
Those who are humble will prefer to say "I have nothing", because of his awareness that on the sky still have the sky, even though he has something more that is not owned by anyone else. Even though he was the greatest man on earth, the humble people who will feel small and helpless before God.

Do you know? Your assessment of your self unconsciously have shaped your personality
A positive assessment will take your life in a positive direction and negative assessments will bring to a negative direction, but unfortunately most people rate themselves negatively.
This negative assessment arising from a person’s inability to compete with other people in his life, or the results of the comparison himself with the people around who were classified more of themselves.
Following words is example negative appraisal self : :
I am poor
I am Stupid
I do not have the skill
I am not special person, etc
The question now is whether consciously or unconsciously have you ever said like that to your self ?
Consciously or unconsciously, we may never say these words over to ourselves, and it is a form of communication to ourselves, deliver repeatedly and continuously, so ourselves will accept the negative things is, and will be reflected in everyday actions.
Negative thinking that we have discussed above, will eventually lead to insecurity, even more bad will cause low self confident.

Subject: Wife who could not understand me
The Question: I have a wife who was so beautiful and good heart. but it was too good, he's very easy to close with other people and especially men. Sometimes he's familiarity with the other guy, and that is making me jealous, because I was a jealously of husband type .
I'm tired of scolding him often, but he never understood.
